I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, and a long career in providing fantastic customer service in a variety of ways - online, tech services, as a Pampered Chef consultant, a Girl Scout Leader, a web designer, and many other ways. What does that say about me? I take the time to listen and understand what people need.
I love to travel, and to organize trips. Camping, at the beach, at a park, road trips, in the city, in the country side, in a new country and on the high seas. I travel with my family, I travel with my child, with my dog, with my girl friends, and for business. I get it. You like what you like. ..and while one trip may be all about the adventure, the next one may be all about kicking back, toes in the sand. Every vacation is not the same, and shouldn't be treated that way. I will listen to what your thoughts and hopes are for each vacation, and help plan for that one.
I truly appreciate good customer service, and will absolutely return again and again when I get it. And not return if I don't get it. While I understand that everyone has a bad day, and mistakes happen, its how those mistakes are acknowledged or fixed that also lead to good or bad service. And I believe in karma -- so I give good customer service because I expect to get it.
The world is a magical place, if you know where to find the magic. Where's your magic? Sometimes my magic is in the beauty of walking where Neanderthals walked, and the ancient Romans walked after that, and the Moors after that, and ..well, you get it. But sometimes the magic is in sharing the breathtaking beauty of a sunrise over a canyon with my family, and always the magic is in the memories and laughter and stories we share again and again after a trip. I love helping families create that same magic in their own lives. An i-pod will break, shoes wear out, perfume gets used up -- those family memories? They go on as long as people are telling the story.
